We’re busy at work upgrading all of our core processing systems so you’ll have easier, faster and more secure access to your accounts. Highlights of the upgrades include:

• All-new Online Banking
• All-new Mobile Banking app
• All-new Bill Pay with more features

Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing more details with you about the conversion and how to plan ahead. Some key points to know:

Conversion date

On April 1, 2025, all branches will be closed, with no online or phone access to accounts. All credit and debit cards could be offline with reduced limits. We expect to re-open our branches and online systems Wednesday, April 2, 2025. Any direct deposits that come in April 1 will be credited to your account on April 2.

New Online Banking and Mobile Banking app

Our conversion will bring you enhanced versions of these digital banking tools. We will provide more details and instructions as we get closer to the conversion date.

New checking accounts

We will be converting our Kasasa checking accounts to a new free rewards checking account program. Our Cash Back and Higher Interest accounts will continue to be offered. Account holders will receive more details in the near future.

Your account numbers will remain the same

Your North Bay CU account numbers will remain the same.
