Working for North Bay Credit Union is different than being employed by the large financial institutions. We are the 3rd largest credit union in Sonoma County (translation: we are still under the radar of most people). As a credit union, we are a not-for-profit organization devoted to meeting the needs of our members. We are a small team and each person’s input and contributions are valued. We are noted for our lack of bureaucracy, corporate politics and Dilbert boss mentality. Our benefits include 401K Plan, company subsidized medical, dental and vision insurance and incentive plan. We are growing and looking for ambitious individuals who are looking for a career, not just a job.
